​Placing an Order

 

Shopping and placing an ordering is done through our shop hosted by Ruby Lane. We chose this venue because it provides our customers with a safe, professional, and attractive place to buy quality vintage and antique items from over 2,500 shops, including Vintage Venerations. We are proud to be exclusive Platinum sellers with satisfied customers worldwide. After setting up a Ruby Lane account, you can begin shopping!

 

Shipping

 

Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. We have found this to be the fastest, most secure, and most cost-effective way to ship. Depending on the size and value of an item, we also ship USPS First Class Mail. If we haven't offered your preferred shipping method, just let us know when you place your purchase order. Please note that insurance is recommended for purchases over $50. For convenient gift giving, we offer free gift wrapping and direct shipping upon request.

International Customers

 

We appreciate our global customers and are happy to ship to countries with trustworthy, secure postal services. After placing your order, we will provide shipping estimates for the USPS services available to your country, We can also provide quotes from other carriers upon request. If you choose not to insure your package, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Please know that we have successfully shipped to countries in Europe, Asia, Australia, and North and South America.

​Secure Payment Options

 

Vintage Venerations accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal, personal check, and money order. At this time, we do not directly process credit cards, PayPal purchases must be paid immediately after placing the order. Checks and money orders must be received within five business days. Unpaid orders will be canceled and the item(s) will be returned to stock and made available for purchase.

Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Vintage Venerations and offer a no-questions-asked return policy. Return instructions are included in every package. At our discretion, we may charge a 10% restocking fee. We strive to describe our items in detail, and provide accurate weights and measures and clear photographs. We are happy to answer your questions and provide additional information prior to purchase. We do not refund shipping or insurance charges paid. If your initial purchase included free shipping and insurance, our exact costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

Layaway

 

Layaway is available for total purchases of $150 or more. It is typically paid in three installments: at time of purchase and at 30 and 60 days after purchase. Terms are negotiable based on purchase amount. Your order will be shipped when it is paid in full. If the layaway is not completed, any payments made will not be refunded. Items purchased on layaway are not returnable or refundable. Please ask any questions in advance.
